Job Summary

Performing data entry process for Non-trade AP transactions for Purchase Order, AP Matching and Direct AP.

Job Responsibility

• Perform data entry process for PO related transactions until AP Invoice Matching
  Perform data entry process for Direct AP transactions in TDAP
• Liasing with users to gather all documentation and information
• Ensure completeness for the below based on SOP :
  - Input correct information in timely manner
  - Submission of documents
  - Workflow Approval process
• Assist in month end and year end closing when needed.

Requirements

- Nitec/Diploma in Accountancy

- No experience needed as training will be provided
