  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data entry in Microsoft Navision ERP
  • Purchase invoice processing includes recording of Purchase invoice Matching
  • Payment voucher and Receipt Voucher data entry
  • Monthly process of Giro Payment to Local Suppliers and TT Payment to overseas vendor and Intercompany
  • Performs monthly bank reconciliation
  • Stock reconciliation
  • AR/AP/Stock Aging Report
  • Process Employees expense claim.
  • Maintain Sales Analysis and Sales Order listing
  • GST Filing preparation SG
  • Month end reporting package
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
