Job Posting for 6 Months Contract Account Assistant #Emtry Level (Up to $3k) #NKC at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD

Location: Redhill area


  • Record supplier invoices and employee claims accurately into ERP system.
  • Verify invoices in Coupa Procurement-to-Pay system and ensure they are processed in the ERP system.
  • Address discrepancies in invoices and supporting documents with suppliers and business divisions.
  • Follow up on unreceived invoices and manage expense accruals.
  • Assist in supplier reconciliation and preparation of AP schedules.
  • Participate in month-end/year-end closing and ensure timely completion.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Team Lead/Finance Manager.


Requirement

- Min Diploma in Accountancy
