6 Months Contract Payroll Specialist (Up to $4,400) #NKC

Location: Tai Seng

• Process monthly payroll, bonuses, increments, AWS, overtime, allowances, and statutory contributions.
• Prepare financial reports such as:
  Payroll forecasts
  Statutory payments and CPF reports
  Leave accruals
  Safety Man-Hours
  IR8A, Appendix 8A/8B, OED, FWL
• Handle tax clearance for foreign staff and government claims (e.g., NS Pay, paid leave, grants).
• Submit monthly employment data to the OED portal and respond to MOM surveys.
• Work with HR Business Partners to ensure accurate and timely employee data updates (new hires, exits, changes).
• Coordinate cross-border payroll with the Malaysia team.
• Answer payroll-related queries from employees, Finance, and auditors.
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage TimeSoft system (e-payroll, e-timesheets, e-leave), including troubleshooting and setting up codes.
• Assist with leave code setup and yearly payroll system reset.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
