Clinical Coordinator (Staff nurse | 5 days office hours) #HJO

Job Scope

• Oversee the coordination of implantations, including patient assessments for suitability, ongoing management of supported patients, and assisting with routine investigations.
• Engage in discussions with patients and their families to ensure they fully understand the mechanical heart device program, while also conducting training sessions for patients, families, and staff.
• Perform tasks such as wound inspection and dressing, and assist doctors during device implantation procedures.
• Support administrative functions, including maintaining statistical records and updating the Registry.

Requirements

• A State Registered Nurse in Singapore with at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience in an acute hospital setting
• Experience in cardiothoracic nursing or operating theatre will be an advantage but it is not mandatory
