Job Description
As a Supply Chain Customer Coordinator, you will support the Department Head and Project Managers in managing client studies, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards and client specifications. This role involves effective client communication, meticulous handling of customer shipping orders, and detailed logistics coordination to ensure timely deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate technical and service aspects of projects, including client and site personnel discussions for seamless supply arrangements.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their requirements.
- Coordinate closely with clients, site personnel, logistics providers, and customs for timely deliverables.
- Accurately process and handle customer shipping orders following established procedures and delivery instructions.
- Ensure accurate and timely release of study shipments in accordance with contractual and country requirements.
- Prepare relevant documents according to country requirements and client instructions.
- Complete documentation and update computer systems accurately.
- Coordinate study returns requests according to project requirements.
- Engage in cross-functional business process improvement activities.
- Provide timely reports and relevant shipping information to clients.
- Ensure all processes comply with established procedures and cGMP standards.
- Contribute to writing and reviewing departmental SOPs.
- Coordinate and provide training to team members as needed.
- Implement corrective actions for any compliance issues.
- Keep accurate documentation for all conducted processes.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy facility and workspaces.
Work Schedule
- 0830 AM to 1730 PM core hours, with additional hours as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior knowledge of logistics coordination and warehousing work practices from the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Project Management, Order Fulfilment, Logistics, and Warehousing.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous work habits.
- Highly organized and process oriented.
- Able to manage priorities, and meet timelines.
- Computer literate with basic numeracy skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Scientific or Health Care field / Business Studies.
