Clinical Research Data Analyst

Job Purpose:
Support research teams by managing, analyzing, and interpreting data for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with researchers to build and manage reliable study databases and data tools.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to ensure quality, consistency, and meaningful results.
• Create automated tools and processes to streamline data collection and analysis tasks.
• Support research design, provide statistical advice, and contribute to technical documents.
• Assist in preparing reports, manuscripts, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3 years of experience working with research or healthcare data analysis.
• Skilled in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with research protocols, data policies, and ethical data management practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data insights to non-technical teams.
