Sales Representative (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and expand new clients, focusing on retailers like Japanese restaurants, supermarkets, and food wholesalers (60%)
• Manage existing clients and follow up on their needs (40%)
• Coordinate and execute promotional projects/events, providing post-event reporting
• Initiate meetings with clients to understand their requirements and address concerns
• Negotiate and finalize deals, managing and resolving complaints or objections
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all orders
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall outcomes
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales or account management experience in any industry
• Capable of planning and organizing promotion projects/events
• Proficiency in Japanese (N1 level) for effective communication with Japanese-speaking clients/counterparts
• Interest in Japan and Japanese food
• Fluent in Excel
• A candidate willing to travel abroad for business, if necessary
