Qualifications:
Responsibilities Brand promotion activities: • Operation of social media company accounts like: LinkedIn, Facebook, google with news, video, pictures, text post • Mobilise colleagues to promote our company in social media • Manage and optimize public opinion and comments on our company • Establish and operate New Media Studio and team Cultural activities: • Organise and handle Chinese/Romanian festival, cross-culture training, company association activity, team-building, thematic awareness-raising activities, internal event activities Employee engagement: • Hold probationary, regular, and exit interviews, make reports, analysis the issues and make improvement • Listen to employee’s voice daily, employee representative meetings, suggestion box and help to solve the issue • Do disciplinary investigation and support on the procedure Onboarding, Induction and Trainings: • Handle onboarding of new joiner and hold induction. • Annual training tracking and documentation, and other training activity collaboration HR support • Provide other assistant support to the HR department: recruitment and administrationResponsibilities:
Requirements • Proficient in English language, Chinese language would be a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (preferred), or a related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Professional and approachable demeanour. • Team player with a positive attitude. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:
