As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: West Monroe, La
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and unplanned maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of overhead cranes and industrial equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and proactively address issues, utilizing multi-craft skills in electrical and mechanical fields.
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems with 480-volt systems, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
- Stay updated on OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, HMI, and other industry-related codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
- Follow stringent safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with multi-craft skills.
- Proficiency with 480-volt systems, PLCs, VFDs, and control systems.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical principles.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Relevant certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is a plus.
