Compensation: $22.00 - 24.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday (Full Time, 40 hours per week)
Location: 2557 W. Woodland Dr., Anaheim, CA 92801
What You Will Do:
? Manage a caseload up 15 clients to ensure they are receiving the necessary supports to maximize their abilities
? Supervise and train Direct Care staff to ensure they are providing proper supports and are tracking client progress
? Communicate with stakeholders and circle of support to share progress
? Prepare semi and annual client progress reports
? Work with a BCBA to help with the development of individual service plans
? Work onsite at 2557 W. Woodland Dr., Anaheim, CA 92801
What?s Required:
? A Bachelor?s degree in psychology or other human services field or two years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program
? A working knowledge and/or experience in behavior intervention for clients with developmental disabilities
? An acceptable driving record and current valid driver?s license
? Must have or be able to have finger print clearance
? Must have TB clearance and health screening
