In support of the Director of Nursing and department: develops, maintains, and assures the necessary clinical functions are performed as to promote quality nursing care; high resident satisfaction, appropriate policies and procedures, on-going quality improvement, supervision of staff, continueing education, orientation, coordination, documentation, and professional standards. Always, sets an example to other employees by professional attitude and tone, behaves in a manner consistent with mission and objectives of CMH, and performs other duties as requested such as wound tracking and schedule management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
