Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our home health care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical areas.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Preferred:

- Home Health Care nurse experience
