Job Title: Enphase Enlighten Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Enphase Enlighten Manager to join our team. The Enphase Enlighten Manager will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring, management, and optimization of Enphase-based solar PV systems using the Enlighten platform.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the setup and configuration of Enphase Enlighten monitoring for new solar installations.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing Enphase-based solar PV systems to ensure optimal energy production and system health.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Enphase microinverters, monitoring devices, and communication systems.

- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams on Enphase system design, integration, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with customers to provide insights into system performance, energy production, and savings achieved through solar installations.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize Enphase-based systems for maximum efficiency and reliability.

- Stay updated on Enphase product developments, software updates, and industry best practices.

- Generate reports and documentation related to system performance, maintenance activities, and customer communications.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, .

- Proven experience with Enphase microinverter systems and the Enlighten monitoring platform.

- Strong technical background in solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.

- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $21.74 - $26.18 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
