Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, and scanning documents
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required
- Knowledge of Dentrix Practice Management and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners
