As a Concrete Superintendent you will play a key role in overseeing and managing concrete construction projects from start to finish. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and crew members, you will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with project managers to develop detailed project plans and schedules and maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment to ensure a successful project execution.
• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, including layout, excavation, formwork, pouring, finishing, and curing. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Lead and motivate a team of concrete laborers, finishers, and equipment operators. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest levels of productivity, quality, and safety on the job site.
• Promote a culture of safety and enforce all company safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Monitor project costs, expenses, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, work orders, change orders, and material deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Experience in concrete construction, ideally within a supervisory role with strong knowledge of concrete materials and proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or 30 is preferred.
