Yeates LLC is Hiring a Child Care Director Near Cary, NC
Duties:
- managing and overseeing daily operations
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs and curriculum
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff members
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
- recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and program updates
- budget planning and financial management
Skills:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer applications related to program management
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Required: Level III, Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
