Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various facilities. Your main duties will include performing custodial tasks, such as cleaning, buffing, and floor care. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors.

Duties:
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Perform routine inspections to identify areas that require attention or maintenance
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Skills:
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with floor care techniques (buffing, waxing)
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers)
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
