We are currently seeking a motivated General Laborer to assist with mobile home repair tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in inspections, repairs, and maintenance of mobile homes. Responsibilities:

- Assist with inspections and assessments of mobile homes.

- Support repair tasks including foundation, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, flooring, etc.

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in general labor or construction. Mobile home repair experience is preferred.

- Must be willing to work in tight under home crawl spaces.

- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

- Reliable transportation.

- Good communication skills.

- Flexibility to work in different locations as needed.
