Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the store
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry items
- Maintain knowledge of current jewelry trends and styles
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately using the cash register
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or a similar retail sales role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is an asset
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
