Job Summary:
We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the food service industry and good customer service skills. Previous management experience is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supervising staff
- Training new employees
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner
- Overseeing cash handling and ensuring accuracy in cash register transactions
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food orders
- Collaborating with management to improve efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
