Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide great hospitality and customer service to every guest
• Work in a fast and independent manner
• Escalate any guest issues as necessary
• Can multi-task and be willing to chip in where needed
• Consistently follow our systems and protocols
• Maintain high standards and all safety standards in all aspects of the restaurant 

Daily routines include but not limited to: 

• Arriving on time and punching in in a timely manner 
• Provide a positive attitude while working 
• Ensure all transactions are completed appropriately on the POS 
• Maintain and follow all protocols and procedures 
• Be a go getter and proactive

Qualifications / Skills:

• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
• Organizational skills
• Patience
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to stand and walk for a long period of time
• Exposure to heat, steam, smoke and cold
• Must have a high level of mobility and flexibility
• Ability to lift and carry items that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, grasp, wipe and scoop
• Must be high-energy and have a strong work ethic!
