Event Assistant - Skyzone Waukesha

Our event assistant will be the backbone of all of our parties and group events that take place here at Skyzone Waukesha Trampoline Park! It is the event assistants job to book parties and groups for the park. This can be a full time or part time job as well!

Qualifications/duties:

• Ability to answer the phone on a daily basis to book parties / group events

• Ability to handle different situations either over the phone or in park when it comes to parties / group events

• Good customer service skills

• Ability to follow and respect policies that the general manager has put into place regarding birthday parties and/or group events

• Ability to call unsatisfied guests back and talk with them about their unsatisfied experience
