Full charge Bookkeeper for hire

Busy family-owned luxury builder looking for full time bookkeeper Monday to Friday in our office Santa Fe. Must be able to work well with others and independently. A three month review will be conducted.

Hours 8-4 or 9-5PM

Duties to include

Payroll

Accounts receivable

Monthly bank statements and credit card reconciliations

Make sure all auto payments are made and accounted

Proficient in QuickBooks a must

Excel & Word

Buildertrend software

Meet weekly with project managers to give most updated account detail

Project end accounting and meet with clients

Job cost accounting

Track each project cost

Deal with subs and vendors

Must multitask attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Knowledge of construction

General knowledge of laws and processes for maintaining company records

Construction knowledge helpful

Pay between 24-28 an hour depends on experience. Minium two years experience

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
