Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay: $80k

Duration: Direct hire

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

What you'll do:

• As a supervisor in Comprehensive Home and Community Based Services, your day is spent with clients, stakeholders, community partners, team members, and time to complete administrative tasks. Our goal is to support clients to obtain meaningful inclusion and integration in important community settings. This means that you will be able to engage in frequent coordination of care with schools, employers, other providers, and with some of our established community partners. On any given day, you will be in the community and you will have the opportunity to see several various clients a day in their home, school, place of employment, etc. We also place a high-value on including family members in treatment so you will also have family meetings and designated caregiver training sessions.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, special education, sociology or related field required
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure with the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners
• Minimum of one years’ experience supervising intervention therapy to individuals diagnosed or at risk for autism
