Duties
As the businesses Client and Operations Liaison, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:
- Supervising and implementing strategies to provide the best care possible to clients
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating staff schedules
- Being available to help and rotate the reception staff when needed
- Collaborating with marketing team to develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills
- Retail sales and office experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Possess basic math skills and be detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a clerk or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus for effective communication with diverse clientele
