Who We Are Looking For:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC, LCSW, PsyD, LPA, PhD) with a Master's Degree.

• Diverse experience and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions

• Provide crisis intervention and consultation.

• Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation.

• Collaborate with colleagues and community resources.

Job Details

• Will work out of the office in Emerald Isle
• Reports to the Director and Designated Supervisor
• Office Days: Tuesday-Friday with time to rest Saturday-Monday
• Office Hours are typically 10 hour days with a caseload of 25 weekly
• Base Salary of $600 weekly with commission for sessions. Potential earning in the first year: $40,000-$50,000. Potential earning in the second year: $50,000
