We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of data analytics, entitlements, and data architecture. They will be required to work closely with multiple component teams, employing Agile and SAFe methodologies, to deliver business requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and roadmap for products with a focus on CIAM, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize extensive experience in data analytics to consolidate, manage, and secure large enterprise-level datasets.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
• Collaborate with architects, the technology team, and stakeholders to ensure product goals are met.
• Coordinate with multiple teams using tools like JIRA to drive product development through Agile and SAFe practices.
• Manage multiple products simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating and communicating requirements and progress.
• Leverage technical and product experience to make informed decisions regarding product development and enhancements.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management space.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, specifically with CIAM.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and entitlements without the necessity of SQL experience.
• Proficient understanding of data architecture and security practices surrounding datasets.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, and tools such as JIRA.
• A combination of technical and product management background.
• Proven experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Experience managing multiple products in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with banking or financial products and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders in this sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with architects, tech teams, and stakeholders at various levels. experience with STYRA/ OPA is preferred.
