Job Description
Buscamos un agente telefónico para una oficina médica. TotalCare es una clínica en el Sur de California con gran crecimiento. Ayudamos a una gran variedad de individuos y estamos buscando a un agente bilingüe español e Inglés que ayude con asistir a nuestros pacientes con llamadas telefónicas. Trabaje desde su hogar y ayude a proveer excelente atención médica a nuestros pacientes.
Requirements:Requisitos
- Secundaria terminada
- Inglés y Español avanzado
- Escoja entre dos horarios disponibles: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30am-5:00pm o 4 dias a la semana (horas extendidas)
- Acceso a Internet Chrome y audifono con microfono
- Contar con internet propio y rapido
- Uno a dos años de experiencia en atención al cliente
Responsabilidades
- Ayudar a pacientes con citas médicas
- Buscar y dar resultados de laboratorios a pacientes
- Buscar autorizaciones
- Proveer respuesta sobre nuestras clínicas a nuestros pacientes
