The Opportunity

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for contracts, compliance, and data security interested in the dynamic world of adtech/SaaS? Everflow Technologies is seeking a Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you'll directly support our Compliance Analyst with contract administration, compliance, and IT systems as we scale the business. You’ll have a front-row seat to learning the ins and outs of legal and compliance operations within a thriving technology company. Key Responsibilities

• Contractual Support: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and maintaining client, vendor, and partner contracts.
• Compliance Assistance: Support various compliance initiatives related to data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), security frameworks (SOC 2), and industry regulations.
• Vendor Management: Assist in onboarding and due diligence processes for new vendors (SaaS focus).
• Document Management: Meticulously maintain legal document repositories, ensuring organization and compliance with internal processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (sales, customer success, engineering, etc.) to provide timely support on legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's degree preferred; relevant certifications in paralegal studies, compliance, or data security are a plus.
• Experience: 1 years of experience in a legal/compliance support role at a tech company
• Tech Savviness: Familiarity with SaaS contracts and basic concepts of data privacy and security.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Location

We are prioritizing the Houston Texas area for this role. However, we are accepting applications from candidates that reside in the following states:

California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Texas, Oregon, and Washington.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000
• Bonus Potential
