Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
