We are a company that performs assistance with real estate transactions in the Bucks and Montgomery counties specializing in repairs, installations, and inspections of septic systems. We are growing rapidly and looking for someone who is ready to work right away!

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Can operate an excavator to dig trenches for installations of septic tanks, drain lines for new systems, and sewer connections.
• Must be able to read blueprints to determine location of the septic tank and drain field installs.
• Transfew crushed rock or gravel to provide drainage base for pipes.
• Must be able to use a transit and tape measure.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must be personable and be able to work with inspectors, suppliers, and associate technicians to get the job done correctly and in the best interest of our customers while abiding by all codes.
• Need to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Need to read and interpret documents including company policies, procedures, safety rules, operating and maintance instructions, maps, and road signs.
• Need to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy including internet and email skills.
• Can perform basic math functions.
• Must be able to operate multiple pieces of machinery.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must have basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of operating heavy equipment is required.
• Previous experience installing septic systems preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
