We are a leading aerospace manufacturing company, known for our precision machining and commitment to quality.
We are looking to add an experienced AS9100 - Aerospace Manufacturing Quality Inspector to our team, to complete AS9102 FAIR documents and perform final inspections. We will only consider candidates, who have experience with GD&T, understand how to read blueprints and customer specifications, and experience with inspection of manufactured aerospace parts composed of various metals.
This position will require core ethical values, being detail-oriented, having a can do attitude and quick to learn new tasks. Must have strong knowledge of the English language. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in performing final inspections and have experience in completing AS9102 forms.
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet or exceed customer standards.
Area of responsibilities include the following:
Visual and dimensional inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Use of precision measurement tools, such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMM.
Complete first article inspection paperwork in compliance with AS9102 standard.
Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and provide feedback for process improvement. Identify and report non-conforming parts.
