We are a fast-growing property management company specializing in the management of
single-family homes. Our mission is to provide excellent service to our property owners and
tenants by maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and integrity.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Director to
lead and oversee our property management operations. The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing a team of property managers, marketing and leasing agents, and
maintenance managers, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent service to our
clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of property managers, marketing specialists, leasing agents,
and maintenance managers to ensure that they meet their goals and objectives.
Manage the move-out process including accurate move-out charges and handling of
security deposits.
Manage the eviction process alongside the property managers.
Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of single-family
homes.
Ensure that all property management activities comply with legal and regulatory
requirements.
Manage the development and maintenance of relationships with property owners,
tenants, and vendors to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as quality control for the maintenance and repair of properties to ensure they are in
good condition.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Work with other departments, including senior leadership, to ensure that property
management activities are aligned with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a
leadership role.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of property management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property
management.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
