The Leadership Agency is Hiring a Chief of Staff Near New York, NY
We are working with a high-growth SaaS company in NYC that is looking to hire their first Chief of Staff.. As the Chief of Staff, you will play an instrumental role in driving the success and growth of the company as they expand into new marketing. This role is reporting to the CEO and leading all strategic initiatives, while contributing to the long-term vision of the company.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO to develop & execute the company's strategic plan and aligning with our mission and objectives
- Responsible for daily operations and efficiency of resource allocation
- Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team
- Reporting to the CEO but working closely with the CFO on cost-saving opportunities and budget management
- identifying data to drive insights on trends, opportunities, recommendations and areas for improvement
- Strong attention to process improvement, productivity and efficiency
- Serving as the primary contact between the CEO and other departments while ensuring alignment of key objectives
- Leading strategic projects such as technology adoption, and market expansion opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup
- 5 years of leadership experience (preferably in a similar position)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- You are proficient in reporting tools and all things data
- Must be located in NYC as they operate on a hybrid model (2 days/week in office)
