About the RoleWe’re looking for a Lead to oversee all aspects of marketing operations; to support the CMO in overall strategy execution. This role will own marketing team operations, production and cost discipline; as well as supporting cross-functional operations & collaboration.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with top coveted brands and influential social commerce creators. The best candidates will have a deep love for Creators, Social Media and Social Commerce.
This role is designed to offload system-type tasks from senior marketing leaders, allowing them to focus on enhancing the quality of strategic marketing initiatives. It serves as a bridge between strategy formulation and execution, ensuring seamless integration of marketing efforts across the company. The Senior Director will create transparency for executive leadership and stakeholders regarding ongoing projects, priorities, and resource allocation, facilitating optimized cross-functional collaboration.

The base salary range for this role is $170,000/yr - $190,000/yr USD.
At Howl, we offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of base salary, incentive pay and stock options. Incentive awards are allocated based on individual performance. Certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
