Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Take and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Help to feed and assist patients with their meals.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely and comfortably.
- Observe patients' conditions and report any changes to the nurses.
- Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment.
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Valid Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Prior experience as a CNA or in a similar healthcare role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic patient care principles and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
