JOB OVERVIEW
Techmedics is in search of an experienced Helpdesk Specialist with excellent customer service and communication skills. This is not an entry level position.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and work well in a team environment. This will be a work from home/remote work position with onsite at client's offices and Techmedics' offices. Candidate must reside near/in metro Denver, CO.
Primary responsibility will be to work on tasks, issues or other requests by management and/or associates. Some of the responsibilities will include but not limited to providing systems (Workstation/Desktop/Laptop) and device support to our client’s users. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day support of systems primarily on the Microsoft and Apple platforms as well as other technologies. In addition, they will be working with other remote engineers to provide local support.
