About the job
Join our team as a Service Administration Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in managing incoming device service requests, fostering strong customer relationships, onboarding customers, handling billing, and coordinating with field service engineers. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be key in enhancing service turn-around time, optimizing customer and engineer communication, and streamlining computer applications within the Service Department. Reporting to Service Management and interfacing with the CEO, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, contributing significantly to the growth and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the service team in interacting with customers who need service
Scheduling and managing Field Service support.
Managing relationships with customers and Field Service technicians.
Communication with national and international customers via email, phone, and text.
Processing paperwork (Invoices, files, purchase orders, etc)
Supporting with billing processes
Growing and contributing to the quick evolution of the company
Skills, Qualifications, Experience & Requirements
1-2 years of customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent team player and within-company communication skills.
Must work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment.
Be ready to learn and un-afraid to ask questions
Ability to take written and verbal instruction in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and complete them in a timely manner
Must have a great attitude, work well in a team, and positively contribute to the company culture
Must be savvy with computers, tablets, smartphones, and technology
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Location: On-Site in Park City, UT
Salary Range: $58,000 - $62,000
Salary Rate: Hourly
