Treatment Coordinator

A small privately owned dental practice is currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator for our established practice who displays positive attitude, professionalism and who is highly motivated to help us create healthy and beautiful smiles every day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome all new patients in the office and follows patients through their entire patient journey
• Understanding of operations for general dentistry and patient flow
• Verifying insurance coverage and co-insurance responsibility
• Scheduling, registering new patients, benefit breakdowns, collecting payments,
• Monitoring schedule, lab cases
• Utilize tools, skills, and talents to assist patients in making the best possible decision for their unique wants and needs to start treatment
• Present treatment plans, negotiate agreeable finance options, and execute contracts
• Utilize available financial options to give patients choices for how they can start treatment financially
• Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections
• Help in exceeding patient expectations in order to achieve the perfect patient experience

Qualification:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills (Dentrix Software knowledge is a plus.)
• Have a Mindset to be a self starter
• Willing to assist with other office duties as requested or needed
• Ability to problem solve along with being a team player & multi-tasker
• Must have a reliable source of commute

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm, One Friday A Month
