Traveling Renovation Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Renovation Superintendent to oversee multifamily renovation projects across North Carolina and South Carolina. This is a hands-on role involving extensive travel throughout the Carolinas to manage renovation work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for multifamily renovation projects including interior and exterior renovations
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and monitor their performance
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and regulations
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that arise during renovations
• Utilize construction management software to track projects, schedules, costs, etc.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the construction team and property owners

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily renovation or new construction projects
• Extensive working knowledge of all phases of interior and exterior renovations
• Proficient with construction management software like Procore, PlanGrid, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel frequently throughout North and South Carolina
• Strong customer service mentality
