As the AWS Tech Lead, you will spearhead the development of cloud services and platform solutions critical for hosting business applications

Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in designing, architecting, and developing solutions using modern cloud-based architecture and tools.
• Accountable for redesigning legacy systems from on-prem to cloud-based solutions.
• Build and define the best practices for common/reusable components
• Build scalable/resilient solutions and ensure proper instrumentation is in place for the overall observability of platforms and services
• Engage in Scrum/Kanban delivery models to release sprint deliverables through stories/epics, utilizing Jira for development tracking and monitoring overall velocity.

Requirements

Must have

• 5 years of designing, and developing utilizing common AWS services like EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, Any RDS, Streaming (Kafka), Messaging(SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Caching(Redis, Ignite, Redshift, elastic),
• NO-SQL and API Gateway
• 10 years of proficiency in at least one language C#, .Net Core, and experience in full-stack development.
• 10 years of experience working with RDBMS technologies like MSSQL, Oracle, or any other
• 5 years experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• 3 years of experience in a lead role overseeing the development team, delivering quality, and coaching the team with the best practices.

Nice to have

• Preferred AWS certification.
• Experience with confluent/MSK Kafka.
• Specialization in any RDS service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong executive presence
• Ability to convey technical solutions to the entire organization and experience working with senior leaders across the firm to leverage technology to drive positive business outcomes
• Good communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
