Clinical Director

JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management of the clinical programming as well as collaborating on administrative functions. This includes providing clinical services while also supervising, providing performance reviews for clinical staff, and coordinating and evaluating all program services. The Clinical Director will ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements, assist in program development (i.e., clinical curriculum, programming, group facilitation and documentation, treatment planning, etc.), financial management, accreditation standards, program marketing, hiring and supervising clinical staff, and evaluating program policies for clinical operations and processes. This position will assist the Executive Director in areas of problems solving, conflict resolution, readiness for State visits and other areas as assigned.
