Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join our team. As a Licensed Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive social work services to individuals, families, and groups. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and mental health of our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients based on their individual needs

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions

- Utilize evidence-based practices to address a range of behavioral health issues

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

- Advocate for clients and assist them in accessing community resources and support services

- Complete accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress

- Provide crisis intervention and management as needed

- Supervise and mentor social work interns

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

- Licensed in Social Work from an accredited program

- Current state licensure as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families

- Knowledge of social work principles, theories, and techniques

- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

- Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines such as Section 8 and Medicare

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Skills:

In addition to the qualifications mentioned above, the following skills are highly desirable for this position:

- Expertise in motivational interviewing techniques

- Experience in addiction counseling

- Knowledge of childcare services and resources

- Proficiency in crisis management strategies

- Ability to provide effective supervision to social work interns
