Fresh Tech’s Immutable Laws are as follows:
- Honesty in Front. Honesty up front; even if it’s inconvenient. As a site lead, this means communicating with the client and project manager early, often, and openly!
- Client Fanaticism. We are advocates for our clients; we love to partner with them to help them achieve their goals.
- Fulfill commitments. Keep verbal and written agreements. “Say what you mean and mean what you say.”
- Innovative and Precise. We love to develop the perfect custom solution for our clients - no extra gear or unneeded complexity, just the exact right solution for each client.
- Positive and Passionate. We choose positivity because we are passionate about what we do. No complaining without solutions!
- Give the benefit of the doubt. We believe that everyone's actions stem from their unique perspectives, experiences, and circumstances, and we might make similar choices in their shoes.
