New Direction Family Law is a fast-paced family law firm in downtown Raleigh, devoted to helping clients going through separation and divorce make powerful changes. We need a team member to lead our client intake process and stellar client experience. When our prospective client and established clients call us for help, they are often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Client Relations Specialist is the first stop for establishing rapport with potential clients and helping them feel confident they’ve called the right firm in a time of crisis.
