Holiday Inn Express Akron Regional Airport Area is Hiring a Hotel Maintenance Near Akron, OH
Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities
-Perform minor repairs and/or replacements of room furniture, light fixtures, and equipment to include television sets, light fixtures
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with tenants and address their maintenance needs
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
-Resolve work orders reported in a timely manner while Sensing and Responding to guestroom needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
