Once a CNA you will interact with patients daily, offering ADL (Activities of Daily Living) support, interacting with co-workers sharing the same values and interests in the Healthcare field and offering you an opportunity to grow. Sapphire Health Services offers tuition reimbursement for Healthcare Professional Courses including nursing school after 1-year of successful employment.
As a CNA you will:
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
- Chart all appropriate documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Integral part of the team caring for Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation residents
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
- Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Sapphire you will foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
- Other duties as assigned
Must be 18 years of age
