As a Caregiver, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
Provide personal care assistance to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning individuals
Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
Assist with meal preparation, feeding and childcare
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
A few must-haves for our Caregiver:
Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) – – if not registered, we'll help you through the process and reimburse you for your live scan form once you complete the set hours in the given timeframe
Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background clearance & comprehensive drug screen
At least 6 months experience (Can be with family members, Facility, Homecare)
TB test completed (we can help with that)
High school diploma (or equivalent). Compassionate nature & good communicator
Able and willing to use your smartphone to clock in and out / document care activities
Valid Driver's License and Transportation
