Job Description: The Process Engineer II is a pivotal role at CivicaRx's Petersburg, VA facility, focusing on bringing our facility to production-ready status through commercialization. This role involves significant collaboration across departments to support GMP operations and site culture development. Key responsibilities include process optimization, CQV activities compliance, and acting as a subject matter expert for manufacturing systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Related Science Degree
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to solve technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
Desired Skills:
- 5 years in sterile injectables, drug-device combination products, or biologics.
- Expertise in drug product processing equipment.
- Experience with Allen Bradley / Rockwell Manufacturing Automation systems
